Tolerances For Precision Machining
Tolerance refers to the amount of deviation in a specific dimension of a part. This parameter defines the dimensional accuracy and it is a must parameter for a drawing.
In BOMEI, we have both normal CNC machines and high precision machines in our Chinese factory. This enables us to make parts with a wild range of tolerance. When working with us, we follow the tolerances standard according to “DIN-2768-1” for the linear dimension, the metals are with “DIN-2768-1-fine” and the plastics are with “DIN-2768-1-medium”.
However, we can work with you to achieve tighter values as needed. Depends on your technical drawings, tolerances up to 0.02mm are available at BOMEI.
